These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CSBeacon. By using CSBeacon, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie/Data Notice.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use CSBeacon.

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use Steam, create a binding account relationship, and use CSBeacon under the laws that apply to you. If you use CSBeacon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
CSBeacon may limit, suspend, or refuse access where required by law, third-party provider terms, security concerns, abuse risk, sanctions rules, or product availability limits.
CSBeacon is a CS2 inventory companion for inventory valuation, organization, wishlists, transaction review, storage-unit tracking, alerts, and reporting.
CSBeacon is not a marketplace, exchange, broker, escrow service, gambling product, trading bot, financial adviser, or investment adviser. CSBeacon does not execute trades, list items for sale, custody items, transfer funds between users, or guarantee any value or outcome.
CSBeacon sells or provides access to software features only. It does not sell, transfer, insure, custody, appraise, or guarantee Counter-Strike items.
CSBeacon uses or references third-party services and data sources, including Steam, Valve, Counter-Strike, pricing data providers, payment processors, email/support providers, hosting providers, and other infrastructure or data providers.
CSBeacon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Valve Corporation, Steam, Counter-Strike, any pricing data provider, or any marketplace named in the product. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services, marketplaces, websites, and data sources may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, restrictions, and availability. CSBeacon is not responsible for third-party services or content.
CSBeacon uses Steam sign-in and user-requested Steam inventory workflows. You are responsible for your Steam account and for complying with Steam terms and policies.
You must not provide CSBeacon with Steam passwords, Steam API keys, marketplace credentials, trade permissions, session cookies, or any information that would let CSBeacon or anyone else control your Steam account or items.
Steam Data is provided as-is and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by Steam, game updates, API limits, rate limits, downtime, inventory privacy settings, or other third-party conditions outside CSBeacon's control.
You are responsible for making sure your Steam privacy settings and account choices allow the product behavior you request. CSBeacon may stop or limit Steam-related features if needed to comply with Steam terms, provider limits, security concerns, or product integrity.
CSBeacon pricing, valuation, P&L, ROI, alerts, charts, reports, snapshots, liquidation calculations, and exports are informational calculations only. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or trading advice.
CS2 item prices can change quickly and may differ across marketplaces, currencies, fees, liquidity conditions, private-sale terms, and time. A displayed value does not mean you can buy or sell an item at that value.
CSBeacon uses third-party pricing and market data. CSBeacon may process that data through its own valuation model, freshness checks, cache, and fallback history. Data providers are not responsible for CSBeacon, user-entered CSBeacon records, or CSBeacon calculations.
Do not rely on CSBeacon as your only source for financial decisions, trades, purchases, sales, taxes, accounting, or legal obligations. You are responsible for verifying information independently before acting on it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into CSBeacon, including transactions, cost basis, acquisition dates, storage-unit records, wishlist entries, notes, tags, target prices, and settings.
You grant CSBeacon permission to use the information you provide or request from third-party services to operate, secure, support, and improve the product according to the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account from Settings or request data export, correction, deletion help, or privacy help by contacting support@csbeacon.com. Some requests may require verification.
Inactive accounts may be archived after notice and may later be deleted after additional notice and a grace period, as described in the Privacy Policy. Logging in before deletion reactivates the account.
You retain responsibility for preserving your own important records. CSBeacon is not a bookkeeping system, tax ledger, legal recordkeeper, or guaranteed archive.
CSBeacon may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for users or providers, abused the service, caused security or data-integrity concerns, or if continued access would violate law or third-party terms.
You may stop using CSBeacon at any time and may delete your account or request deletion/export help as described in the Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained where required or permitted for security, backup, legal, dispute, tax/payment, or operational reasons.
CSBeacon is an evolving product. Features may change, break, disappear, be rate-limited, or be unavailable while the product is improved. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked if needed to protect the service, users, providers, or data integrity.
CSBeacon may offer paid subscriptions through Stripe-hosted checkout and subscription management. Paid access unlocks software features only; it does not sell, transfer, custody, insure, appraise, or guarantee Counter-Strike items.
Subscription prices, billing cadence, taxes, renewal dates, cancellation options, and payment methods are shown during checkout or subscription management. Unless a checkout flow says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and cancellation keeps access through the current paid period.
Refunds are handled case by case. Contact support@csbeacon.com if you believe a billing error occurred or need help with a subscription.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send may be used by CSBeacon without compensation or obligation to you, but you should not send confidential information unless a separate written agreement applies.
CSBeacon supports in-app notifications and optional email alerts. Email delivery depends on your settings, saved contact information, third-party data availability, and product availability.
Do not rely on alerts as guaranteed real-time signals. Alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, filtered, suppressed, or unavailable because of provider data, email deliverability, user settings, rate limits, or product issues.
CSBeacon may send service, account, security, support, or legal messages where appropriate. Optional emails will include opt-out controls where required by law.
CSBeacon, the CSBeacon name, product design, original copy, and original brand assets are owned by CSBeacon or its owner. You may not copy, modify, resell, or use CSBeacon branding in a confusing or misleading way without permission.
Third-party names, marks, images, game item names, and data remain the property of their respective owners. CSBeacon uses third-party references for identification, interoperability, attribution, and product context.
If you believe content on CSBeacon infringes your rights, contact support@csbeacon.com with enough detail for us to review the concern.
CSBeacon is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CSBeacon disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
CSBeacon does not guarantee Steam access, provider availability, pricing accuracy, alert delivery, snapshot completeness, export accuracy, future value, liquidity, profit, or investment performance.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CSBeacon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost value, lost data, lost opportunities, account issues, provider outages, or third-party conduct.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of CSBeacon, violation of these terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or data/content you provide.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@csbeacon.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you may have under laws that apply to you. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, available rights and procedures may depend on your location and applicable law.
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts should remain in effect, and the unenforceable part should be interpreted as closely as possible to its original purpose where allowed by law.
We may update the product and these terms over time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide appropriate notice through the product, website, or email where practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
